Threatening a****** stalker

this vehicle has been parked in a handicap spot all night long obviously he came here and got a room at the embassy suites when I took pictures of the vehicle he announced that this is the vehicle that's going to run me over this is the vehicle that's going to cause my death. well apparently get away with parking in a handicap you don't even get a ticket and you certainly didn't get towed either. when they get away with their crimes and there's no consequences then of course they think they can just go around killing people who is this.? this is exactly what happened when Christopher deck came to the residence Inn and decided it was okay for stalking and harassing
