Rory vance? Or who?

I was told these are two of my major attackers my card just stopped when I was in there and they had been in here. I was told this is the actual real events I wonder who is it and what stupid names are you going to use now when those plates are run who are we going to find out? are those fake plates did you change out your plates like everybody else as you chase me across the country who are you exactly because I've never seen before
