Prior lake officers

I had to deal with all of prior lake officers this is two of them that I had to deal with I thought they were good officers till I received a voicemail telling me that I don't have the right to know who called and complained and said that I was crazy so that I know that Rory Vance and his stupid wife Michelle called the police department and I can file a police report against them for slander and defamation of character for harassment and stalking and terrorizing me they shouldn't be in the state of Minnesota what the hell are they doing here they're only here because of me and I can't seem to get any justice and I can't find a cop that will actually do their job properly this is the police department that told me none of my records from being in the Dakota county jail are actually in the system at all all of it's been removed I hope that's true because now I don't know if I can even believe these individuals when you're leaving me a voicemail telling me I don't have the right to know who called you I most certainly do have the right
