Police reports for bank fraud

I have these police reports for bank fraud no investigations been done I really don't know if the police reports were even written they're still accessing my bank account taking all of my money and the police departments aren't helping me I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that suffering like this because they don't know how to do their damn job
