He is still out here stalking and harassing. He doesn't really have a choice they pulled him out of jail to do this and he was trained by the sociopath Chris. If he stops doing this then he goes back to jail. While he is out here is committing huge crimes, shoplifting dealing drugs, purchasing drugs, vandalism, officers protect him and make sure he is never charged with any of these crimes. This is the one that was dating Diana the moment he got out. Diana says she is from Rome and she has said other things that indicate she is a foreign agent but I have no way of knowing if she truly is.
Chris pulling people out of jail and training the dogs to attack me. Lucky them this sociopath wipes their records clean of the crimes they have committed and then instructs them to continue their crime sprees
