Landa Library bathrooms

 The maintenance man is that continuously over and over again kept asking me how I was doing close down one of the bathrooms and put out of order on it. There was nothing wrong with the bathroom I'm wondering what the objective is with this. I lost a water bottle today and I wonder if it was in that bathroom. I can't imagine what the underlying agenda is behind this.
