This happened to Moscow a lot everybody says aliens. It's not aliens it's technology it honestly looks like fumes gases it honestly looks like they don't care about our ozone layer global warming a climate change. Recently one of them appeared here in San Antonio our air quality is good to begin with I don't think this is a good idea
