I have had way too much interaction with this dirty officer. How do they hand out rank this guy does not deserve his rank there is no way he earned it.
He was telling this street performer that he needs a permit to perform out here. He is full of crap. I then walked around the city and took pictures of a dozen street performers that are not given a hard time and you can bet they don't have a permit. There is no such thing he pulled it out of his ass. There is a peddlers permit but they are not peddling anything. They also do not ask for payment people donate if they want to but no body is asking them to pay for the entertainment.
If all that isn't bad enough I took pictures of jay walkers and several people pan handling and those are actually ticketable offenses. And where was sergeant big nose? No where to be seen when there was real law breakers. When there was an opportunity to ticket people for real code violations he was sitting on his but some where.
