SAPD never honors any of my police reports

SAPD never honors any of my police reports. As if I am about to go into headquarters with all those demons there. I was thinking there were some good police officers like the ones who are investigating McManus but they did grab onto this and talk to the monster about threatening me so therefore I am wrong.
