Poisoned again Sunday morning November 3rd

They got me good this time they poisoned me once again this time I'm very ill I can barely function I don't know how they did it. The important thing is the investigating agents know exactly how they did it and what happened and they tried to warn me but I've got my enemies in the phone manipulating messages I tend to ignore messages because my enemies send me so many messages and unfortunately I'm reaping the repercussions
