I know I have a lot of faces to remember and hundreds of people coming at me all day long every day for many years and I could be mistaken but I believe I have seen him here in San Antonio

This is a CIA pet. He does not have cancer and he was not moved so he could receive treatment he was moved because it was easier to get him out. He will most likely be listed as deceased when the reality is he is in the custody of CIA once again. He will rape and kill many others.
