Tobin garage

 It's raining cats and dogs thunder and lightning and lightning is hitting the ground this is a manufactured storm. Here at the Tobin garage if we all four levels. Apparently they've been having this problem for a while it's hitting the cameras the electrical the lights are off because they're probably burnt. This is a brand-new building and that's how spotty construction is done when you're doing business with foreign agents and you're bringing construction workers in from the Mediterranean from Mexico this is the spotty work you get done. Obviously this is a hazard you've got the rain hitting all of these electrical outlets that are not made for outdoor weather and they're doing nothing about it absolutely nothing.
