There are police officers surrounding the building on Cesar Chavez the federal building that Joaquin Castro has offices in. This was happening at nearly 8 at night who's in that building that needs protecting at 8 at night? Joaquin Castro never stays behind pass 5 because he's lazy.
If Joaquin Castro is at the building at this hour that means he's cleaning out his office if there are police officers they're guarding him that means that he has had threats on his life or he is claiming that he has had threats on his life. Always the victim.
