Chilly Gonzales not very smart decided to televise a meeting about funds and where funds were going. Apparently she gave $300,000 to some community service only to find out that she was giving this money to temporary employee for a temporary job to be done. As I said not very smart.
In this meeting you will hear her saying that when she's out and about in the city her City. She's not out and about in the city she does not live in this city she knows nothing about this city when she's out and about she's in Terrell Hills. Does anybody find it odd that a member of city council does not even reside in the city that she is counseling? The subject matter has come up more than once and she ignores the concerns of the residents of San Antonio.
