SAPD SGT. Andrea

1. One of the minions that is here from out of town L.A. is friends with SGT. Andrea. He said he talks to her frequently on the phone. She stays in contact with him claiming they have a connection because her son is gay. She shares with him that she worries about her son being pulled into the wrong crowd or relationships. I don’t know if they were friends before he came here. He has his mother and sister that live in San Antonio so it makes sense that he came here for them or was influenced to come here by them.
   He brought his boyfriend with him that is HIV positive. He is basically out of control sleeping with many people and using drugs. So he is basically exposing people in San Antonio and it is safe to assume he has infected people here. The partner that he had who gave him HIV is going to prison. It sounds as if he is going to prison because he was purposely infecting people but I am not a hundred percent on that detail.
