Mr. Mayor when you call up the Castro Brothers screaming and yelling that you had been helping a rapist a child beater a murderer they're likely going to tell you they didn't know. And I'm going to tell you the truth they most certainly knew they manipulated the system to hide and cover up his abuse there was evidence there was police report and there was me telling all of the stories. That's right the Castro Brothers brought you into this and now you're going to prison because you did them favors and they lied to you. I told you the truth time and time again over and over again it won't make your sentencing any less. You knew that you were breaking the law you knew that you were committing those crimes against an innocent Mother fighting for her children. You also were well aware that they fixed the election so you could be mayor again for your second term.
