In the city of San Antonio if your vehicle is not registered and it is inoperable parked anywhere. You are ticketed and you're given a time limit to take care of the situation. If you don't take care of it in that time frame it is towed away at the owner's expense. If you don't go to the impound yard and get the vehicle they auction it off and that money goes to the city. This automobile has been sitting here for more than eight months in the Starbucks parking lot hits never moved an inch. Cuz this Starbucks and all of their employees are such special criminal Friends of the city officials nothing has ever been done about this vehicle. No ticket no Towing nothing nothing has been done.
