Jason (fake name) Chaise

Walks around telling people his name is Jason he is from Russia and he came here from Houston.
I was told that he is from Russia and I am gas lighted a lot I have no idea where he is from I know that he is helping to attack me and he is using the fake name of Jason. He tells everyone his fake name. On Oct. 3rd I was told his name is actually Chaise I really have no idea if that is accurate information either and it does not matter the investigating agents know who he is and what he is doing. He is not very good at pretending to be homeless he is always wearing new things and he always has money to buy Starbucks coffee and whatever else he needs. His phone has service and it is an I-Phone.
