Park police colluding with foreign agents

Generally there's no sleeping in the park and the Park police will be all over you if you do try to do it. But as long as you're from Haiti and you're here attacking our democracy and our constitution then you can get away with whatever you want see how the useless Park police sit there and allow him to sleep that's their special friend. Because Park police is the dirtiest police officers of San Antonio. I'm pretty sure they know nothing about the law I've had several of them quotes laws that don't exist and that's my point.
