Eagan Police department participating in gangstocking

officer Ryan weingartner was participating in gangstocking he received phone calls from officer Christopher deck and his girlfriend. officer Christopher deck has lied to all the police officers at the Eagan Police department claiming that I am guilty of harassing him the man has tried to convince all of them that I'm in love with him and that I am following him around obviously I don't have the ability to be mobile considering he stole my entire bank account. while I was trying to get a police report for the bank fraud the officer I was speaking to ask me about officer Christopher ducks and how I know him I said well I was in the army with him. this officer turned his head to the right and said were you in the army with her I don't know if he had a earpiece in or if he was talking to himself but he also answered himself so go ahead and try to get an emergency detention on me because I'm going to force you to explain what was going on with that when I'm trying to file a police report against somebody you shouldn't be talking to him listening to his lies I'm not going to let it go
