Bright lights in my face

when I was on a park bench after they got done playing with my bank account and having some error code showed up about my debit card a very large obese woman sat in the silver car with her bright light shining right in my face she sat there for a half an hour or so as if they haven't done enough this large Latino woman decided to be a bully and be a psychopath shining her bright lights in my face
