Carly notch

currently notch is a deputy at the Dakota County jail. apparently she's sleeping with deputy Haley who of course we all know as officer Christopher Dech the piece of s***. I just went to three different hotels and each and every time the card was authorized I paid for it and at the last minute when I was about to go to my room something popped up on the computer screen saying that it was declined. now when it's declined it should be declined right away and it shouldn't be some odd computer virus someone accessing the system and making it pop up at the last minute with strange codes. well in the Dakota County jail Carly notch used to brag about how much she could do with a computer announcing that she could shut down the tablets and take everybody's money away that they put on the tablets obviously she has a skill set for the computers. she's also sick enough to be driving past me over and over again in her automobile with her stupid sick man in the passenger seat slouching down. all night long we've been listening to dech claim that he some sort of victim. you're not no victim you're a sociopath you're a cold-blooded killer you paid somebody using a credit card to kill me and now you claim to be a victim I'm sleeping outside on a park bench I haven't eaten I have no way to feed myself as long as you and your whore are controlling my bank account.
