someone is across the street at bus stop exposing themselves and officers were called. That is funny that is exactly where I was going and someone must have know that is what I would be doing
Why the fire department? Well they were the first one's here regardless.
so he kept pulling down his pants flashing people and drivers passing by. A woman and a man came to report it to librarians Diane and Karen. They announced they wouldn't couldn't call police??? What?? City employees witnessing crime are refusing to call authorities? Does that make any sense? I believe I heard them eventually call.
Across the street is San Antonio College Police female officer. The woman in the red car called police and I believe she was here before the fire department was talking to the lady that called but she did not go to the bus stop and confront the man. The woman walking away from the officer had a piece of paper possibly a complaint number not sure.
