The Mayor told the city the Library's would open March 22nd and they never opened. He extended it another month. Don't ever believe a word out of that sociopath's mouth. Just consider the fact that he put an innocent mother fighting for her children on the streets to hide his crimes and all the crimes of SAPD. He has sent thousands of people to stalk and harass me. He has sent many people to poison me to get rid of me. See the sociopath for what he is actions speak louder than words
