VIA Buses looking different

The buses are looking different this one appears to be stripped there's no video screen advertisement and information the videos are out and there's usually three of them on the primo and there's none . This emergency handicap speech  is permanently up nobody can sit here and it just so happens to be next to the emergency exit . Those are ties the zip ties  you can't move the seat  that's very strange
