CPS Vault

There's drilling scheduled for tomorrow right here in this area a via bus supervisor showed up  to check out what was going to happen to this bus stop .  He couldn't figure out what it meant  and who was doing the work so he called a city worker . That man's name is Charlie  who works for Capital Improvements at City Hall .  The Via supervisor and Charlie were trying to figure out what they were doing with this white line that says find a 8 .  These white lines and circles are all  spray painted over top of a CPS volt . It's one of their larger ones . Charlie made a phone call to the particular office that did this  the office it's scheduled the drilling for tomorrow right into a CPS electrical fault .  The man he talked to  seemed unaffected by the fact that they were about to drill directly into evolved and they could not do that
