River Center Mall

Yesterday I went to the River Center Mall which is supposed to be closed it was wide open and there was a lot of people there the dining area is open and people are sitting at the tables eating. Many of the stores that agreed to close did not close they were open for business.
Many of the churches that are supposed to be serving food to the homeless have stopped doing so you'll see on channel 12 news that the food bank is working more hours and taking in more volunteers but nobody knows why. The food bank is not servicing the homeless or the needy they're not servicing anybody it's a big lie.
Yesterday when I was in the mall I was taking a picture of the yogurt place because it was open and it had customers in it the Asian man that runs the yogurt place came running over to the door as I was taking pictures and he locked the door and said we're closed he was closing his door while he had customers in the store just because I was taking pictures.
Johnny Rockets restaurant in the mall which is a foreign agent base company was open for business and never close their doors.
There's a long list of places that have not closed and another thing that has not changed is the stalking and harassing of automobiles.
