Methodist Hospital spies.

I went to get my records from Methodist hospital. At the information desk they told me they have a brand new policy no one is ever allowed to step into the records office again. They lied. I filled out a form to retrieve my records and they did not even ask for my identification and assured me that they were faxing the request. I have not received my records via email not surprising. A hundred HIPPA violations. She kept saying that people are required to call records from now on. How about people that don't have phone service like me? Not only that but how the hell are you going to verify someone's identity on the phone. HIPPA. After I filled out the form that the two people at the desk said they were faxing to records, the not so smart woman gave me the phone number for records. How many times do I have to tell you I don't have phone service and that will do me no good. You do not have to be smart to work at the front desk of the hospital. I will never get my records and I would not be surprised if they have been destroyed because those records will put many agents and spies in prison for life. With this tactic of trying to keep me from getting my records I have a strong law suit against Methodist Hospital and I will be perusing it.
