Cross-dressing sexual deviant employed by the city

 This cross-dressing sexual deviant is a special friend of the city  I believe that is a foreign agent  I don't know for sure  I honestly don't care all I know is he's a sexual deviant  willing to assault people is a friend to the city officials San Antonio  because he is a sociopath and unfit for society . He's too stupid to stop the stalking and harassing that he subjects me to while I am at the Central Library here in San Antonio .  Convicts anybody with a felony are not supposed to be security officers at all . This man is a drug addict  has a sordid history with drug abuse  has lost several jobs  because he failed drug test .  He worked for  an attorney and his wife .  While he was working for them he decided to steal her driver's license and credit card . When he decided he wasn't going to get away with a crime he left the driver's license and credit card on the via bus that he was on  she was contacted and it was returned to her and they were able to verify that it was the bus he was using . They decided not to press charges  do you think this man should be a security guard ?  Of course not
