Downtown construction

There's a dozen buildings downtown that are receiving Renovations and being completely remodeled as I was walking around downtown taking pictures of CIA operatives and agents who are doing construction jobs I was starting to wonder if it was being done for free. I was even going to ask if they were just volunteering their services. Now I see that all of it is insurance. A building on the corner of Alamo and Houston just got hit by a high winds and lightning that will be another construction job for the CI to keep them busy. To keep them paid.
