The mayor and his strange statement

It doesn't bother me, it doesn't that's OK

This was a statement that the mayor made in his speech he made the statement over and over again he was referring to the wages that the city manager Sheryl sculley was making which were outrageous and everybody at that speech we're asking him why it was happening and why she kept getting raises and nobody else that was working for the city was getting raises many of these Ruth city employees asking him why it was happening and he just kept making that statement over and over again. It becomes pretty obvious that it does bother him when he's making his statement like that
