They are at a doctors office kiddie corner from where i was they have been there for months and the cops don't bother them because they have been pulled into this mess helping to stalk and harass. They are drunks constantly drinking at all hours of the day. Yes it is police responsibilities to write tickets but if they committing crimes for dirty police officer they do as they please
