Where were the useless cops when the spray painting was happening were there any arrests made they actually spray painted the Friendship sculpture in the middle of downtown and our useless police officers did nothing about it. Were there any arrests made? Because these criminals were paid to do this they were paid by police and a credit card was used that is how stupid they are.
