Last night it stormed. This Motel didn't hold up very well the roof is leaking in almost every room. The room that I was in you can see that they patched the holes in the ceiling from previous leakage but they never fix the leak. The carpeting carpeting in the bedding are completely soaked it's full of mildew the room hasn't been cleaned. The bathroom door doesn't close. The door leading to the outside has 2in gap on the top two inch gap on the bottom the windows are broken. There's dirt and mildew along the baseboards from the leakage I'm sure and because it's been leaking for so long I started to wonder if the roof was going to cave in and come right into the room. They've been fixing the balcony putting raw materials on the walkway. That brand new plywood that they placed on the flooring of the balcony became completely soaked and soon it will work and their work will be all for nothing. It's Asian woman that owns the motel. I'm starting to wonder if code enforcement has ever visited this place and if they even have their eyes open. She's charging an outrageous amount of money for something that is unfit.
