Local coffee open inside and outside

No starbucks dinning open. Alamo heights won't even let people step in the dinning room. Starbucks broadway is allowing people in dinning room but they can not sit inside or outside.
Local coffee house is open and allowing people to sit in and outside. Starbucks is desperate to keep the pandemic going they are loosing the battle. No fear ALL STARBUCKS across this nation will be closed forever
