Here at the mayor's office I arrived in July 2018 and asked them if I could speak to him he was laughing in my face as I recorded his idiotic response the female officer that was working here at the mayor's office then call Behavioral Health that's called official oppression you don't call behavioral health because someone ask to speak to the mayor she's also very good at stalking and harassing what she's been doing since 2017 when I was put out on the street that's collusion and obstruction of justice apparently she doesn't like her job because she will no longer have her badge or her gun and you guys know why I'm doing this
So I arrived at City Hall and unfortunately every time I get near this building I get a bit testy sorry about that . The security detail said that I can set my bag down and walkthrough that's what I decided to do unfortunately got defensive with him thought that he was having a problem with me delivering a document for the mayor no it was an issue with the giant rucksack that I wear on my back . When I got to the security detail that's working the desk she told me I could give her the document I would rather have it get into the mayor's hands and I know that these security details and dirty at officers that work here make sure that he doesn't get these. . The officer that was working at the back desk of the office who looks like a superior told her to call Cindy . I met Cindy at Sac College she seemed to know who I was . So Cindy told the security detail she could take the document and bring it to her and why Cyndi afraid of me that's the way it looked at that college you should be afraid of me too . So as you can see you're not very good at doing their job . You can see the sign-in log apparently the mayor has a meeting with somebody and you can see who those people are . That female officer I was talking about the stocking harassing and unlawfully calling Behavioral Health there's pictures of her right there the redhead nasty . You can also see the mayor's security detail he had just went to get lunch with that same police officer . This security detail has threatened me on more than one occasion he's also got in his vehicle and chase me around the city . If that isn't bad enough Mary Taylor was at the library for some sort of event in 2016 I was driving my taxi or was it 17 anyway that security detail was literally threatening me verbally and physically trying to keep me away from mayor Taylor Congressman it Joaquin Castro called him up and told him a huge mountain of lies about who I was and what I was doing there I didn't even know mayor Taylor was there I was there to use a computer . When I tried to go talk to the mayor and was standing five in from her that security detail with yet again threatening me . Really good security detail you got there he's really good treason and Espionage official oppression really good at attacking innocent people . while I sit here across from the temporary City Hall many of these employees are sent out to walk past stalking and harassing or just allowing me to get their picture I don't know . There is a lot of undercover working at City Hall but as I said before I'm a bit testy right now I hate this place as a matter of fact when they move from the actual City Hall into the temporary City Hall I was here sitting on a bench. that was one of the many days that councilman Trevino was dancing around me like a child taunting me ridiculing me acting like a complete idiot and when I tell you he was dancing he was not skillfully clapping his arm like he was completely insane which I believe he is
