Central and city employees

You would think the best time to clean up Travis Park would be when nobody's in there  but apparently Central and these city employees think that the best time is anytime there they're spraying down the sidewalks and disrupting everybody that's there and all the activities that are happening and Travis Park is completely ridiculous . The landscapers that were working there yesterday and the day before which I believe is probably a contract company  like to go through with the blower blowing up the dirt leaves  a freshly cut grass  and they don't care that there's someone sitting there in the bunch when they're doing it . They blow all of these leaves grass clippings and dirt into the grass and leave them sit there . They don't pick up any of it  sometimes they blow them into the street and leave them lay into the street . When you get a strong wind all of that garbage blows right back onto the sidewalk blows onto the benches and creates yet another mess  because they're too lazy to pick up the yard waste .  Perhaps they're doing it on purpose to create a residual income so they have to return to the park over and over again  blowing garbage in One Direction  and another .  Never picking it up
