Meranda Kay Claudio and Juan Garcia April 10th

Catholic Workers House April 10th 2020 10:30am. After I went to Mayor Taylor's home for the third time to give her my story I went to Catholic Workers House for a sack lunch. They served more than 200 homeless and needy people that the city officials refuse to help and choose to ignore.

Miranda is a homeless woman who's been out here for many years. On April 10th while she was in line at the Catholic Workers house for sack lunch parking enforcement showed up they parked the pickup truck turned on the lights and then started walking around the Catholic Workers house taking pictures questioning people they talked to Miss Christy making sure everybody was 6 feet apart. And when they were walking through they were not six feet from each person they were inches away from each person that was there. They were rude they were nasty and parking enforcement is not qualified to inspect businesses make sure that they are running properly according to the psycho mayor. Miranda informed the mail parking enforcement employee that she has seizures on a regular basis and she would need him to shut off the lights or she would have a seizure. He was snarky sarcastic and nasty telling her to Simply turn around and shut up. He refused to shut off the lights. Miranda had a seizure her boyfriend Juan was holding her as she was having a seizure. Parking enforcement were standing nearby and he was yelling at them I do believe he was swearing I wouldn't you be if your loved one was having a seizure and these city employees were too ignorant to care? Miss Christy informed the city employees that Miranda has regular seizures and the lights were causing her seizure. Parking enforcement refuse to address the issue they refused to check on her to see if she was okay. They refuse to call EMS they got in their vehicle and did not shut off the lights. They were in their vehicle for at least 5 minutes before they finally shut off the lights and I assure you that there was no reason to have the lights on to begin with. And as I said before they're not qualified to do the job that they were doing. They write parking tickets that's their job. They're not even concerned enough that somebody was having a seizure are they trained in first aid if they're going to walk around the city turning on their lights causing seizures then they should have some first aid training shouldn't though they should know the basics they should know when they should call EMS. From where I'm standing it looks like Miranda and her fiance one have quite a lawsuit against the city. And when we're done and frog walking the city officials out it'll be a pretty strong lawsuit.
