Governor Abbott incompetent

Governor Abbott is unable to get control of one child beating rapist killer .  I can't imagine he'd be able to manage and run an entire state  when he is unable to get control of one sociopath . This will not be sending confidence out to the masses confidence to the residents of Texas  this is a picture painted of a man who is incompetent and unwilling to do his job
