Local news instruction

Local news instructed people to call 311 to request a isolation room. I can't call I am homeless without service. I asked someone else to call and she could not make the call it was dead silence. I called using a friends hotel phone and it rang off the hook with no one answering. So I suggest everyone try to call 311 tell them you need a room.
Now everybody remember Chief Hood said you will be locked in the room like a prisoner you are not allowed to leave. Food? Too bad I guess. Civil Rights? Well I guess you loose all civil rights and become a criminal simply because you have become ill and are in need of medical attention. I am special I can not get them to answer the phone or emails I will never get shelter or medical. I want all you to try see if you are rejected like me. Don't be disappointed or hurt when the city illustrates they don't care about the residents.
You see people the Mayor doesn't need constituents because his staff fixes the elections and poll counts. Yes there is proof, solid. I had a blank ballot it was changed to a Nirenberg vote.
