Governor Abbott snake in the grass

 Here in San Antonio Texas the homeless have no resources whatsoever they are on the streets right now it's freezing out  all of the restrooms have been shut down in downtown  the nonprofit organizations that used to offer clothing donations and bathing assistance have stopped  there is no clothing assistance in there is no bathing for the homeless that are trapped on the street .  Governor Abbott is announcing that resources will be available there were never any resources available in San Antonio Texas and it is my guess that in many other cities in Texas the same thing is happening you're not controlling the coronavirus by keeping the homeless trapped on the streets with no Resources with no shelter what you're doing is causing the spread of the Coronavirus I've sent email after email explaining to the governor what is happening here in San Antonio Texas and he continues to ignore the problem allowing the mare to break the law violating civil right of all residents of San Antonio allowing the dictating mare to endanger the lives of all residents of San Antonio as he lies to the nation saying there are hotels available for the homeless he keeps them on the street  were they will be more susceptible to the virus and more likely to spread it to all residents of San Antonio . If you are not allowing people to cleanse themselves to bathe and maintain personal hygiene then you are not going to control the virus or stopping
