Trump said that the Homeless is causing the pollution. The homeless population is out of control in California and one of the reasons that it is out of control is the illegal immigrants being allowed into the country. That is the reason he was elected he told us he was going to stop this. The other reason is all the foreign agents and undercover agents watching them. Perhaps when the Mueller Probe is completed this problem will be greatly reduced. Although I am surprised by those who just don’t have enough sense to vacate and stop with the stalking and harassing.
