When I head down town all the officers are notified to stalk and harass me and that is exactly what they do the Park Police enjoy demonstrating that they can do what ever they feel like doing and getting paid for it. They sit at both Drury hotels watching TV eating and drinking for free sitting on their phones. They are being watched and apparently they don't care. When they end their shift and start their shift they can be found standing in the parking lot by hemisphere for hours and they are being paid for that loitering as well.
Chief McManus attacked a Park Police Officer because he solved a murder accursed him of loitering and he was not loitering like these dirty cops. The murder that Officer Hardaway solved was a murder the Castro Brothers didn't want solved. It was the murder of a transgender woman Julian Castro knew personally and he wanted to keep his sexuality and cross dressing a secret so he killed her.
