Drunk put in my taxi

This is a drunk they kept putting in my Taxi he was always drunk and many times he refused to pay his fare he would keep me busy when they wanted to get me out of down town when the city officials had presentations they didn't want me showing up to. He would direct me to go the wrong way and start screaming loud and ignorant because he wasn't where he needed to be he was exactly where he told me to be. He is now stalking me on foot he is disgusting.
