President Trump vs. President Snow

This is my best reference to what is happening in the movie Katniss is being gaslighted into believing President Snow is doing things that he’s not actually doing. This has been happening since the beginning of President Trump’s presidency. It was Hillary Clinton and she was doing a bang-up job of this. Now it’s Beto. I don’t see how Beto is so important that he is getting the assistants of a particular president. The other thing I find confusing and concerning is President Trump is sitting back watching this happening he’s being blamed for things that he’s not actually doing and it’s his pal President Putin that’s helping to make this happen. he is quite literally playing both sides of the fence. Creating chaos and strife and dividing the country
