This is the mentality level of sapd officers you see that thing sitting there Isn’t it nice he gave me a little present at my desk he has a mentality level of a 6th grader is that scary or what these people with the lowest mentally levels you ever want to imagine are walking around the streets with loaded weapons arresting innocent people for no other reason than to build their ego and self-esteem which is non-existent the guy complexes are out of control and that’s why this country has such a hard time with police brutality these morons actually tell people they’re not allowed to take pictures apparently none of them have actually read the Constitution none of them know anything about civil rights you haven’t destroyed our constitution yet even though you’re trying it still exist and you’re not going to take away my constitutional rights but you are going to go to prison

Isn't this man child such a good artist so much detail. Is anyone scared that his low mentality level freak is walking around with a loaded weapon no wonder there is such a problem with police brutality.
