Rory Vance was manipulating my debit card when I was in San Antonio Texas I was released from the jail in January 8th 2022. Rory Vance continued to manipulate my debit card so at certain hotels it wouldn't work and he was trying to flush me to the motels that he wanted me to stay at so that he could frame his enemies for crimes. I ended up going to the airport and leaving San Antonio because Roy Vance is that hideously stupid. He thinks that he can strong arm people and force them to do what he wants them to do while he starves them to death punching them in the face breaking their nose. Rory Vance is the worst excuse for life. He's not the only San Antonio Police department criminal the police department is full of criminals just like him. He's so out of control and committing crimes that are recluse that joaquin Castro called him and told him he was on his own. Joaquin Castro decided that because Rory Vance was committing crimes that would end his career he was no longer going to cover for him. Joaquin Castro announced that he would be throwing him under the bus. Mr Vance then decided that he was going to get some sort of revenge. Everybody was very upset that they had been working with congressman Castro and doing favors for congressman Castro he should not have announced that he would be throwing them under the bus and refusing to cover for their crimes any longer. Unfortunately my enemies system is falling apart and they're starting to turn on each other but that's exactly what happens when it comes to criminals like Rory Vance and congressman Castro
