POLICE REPORT IN MARQUETTE MICHIGAN MARIA PEREZ CHASING ME AROUND THE CITY

Currently my phone is being manipulated Roy Vance is deciding which emails can go through and which emails can't. His wife was in St Paul Minnesota in March. She brought their children apparently she wanted to bring along the children and teach them how they can stop and harass terrorize an innocent woman. You wonder what's wrong with our country now people like Rory Vance and his wife are teaching their children to be sociopaths teaching them how to be criminals watching an innocent woman starve to death with no shelter. In the pictures you will see the police department I had to go to because there was a woman chasing me around the streets of Marquette Michigan. The woman was just inches away from my bumper flipping me off from behind my vehicle. She had no business in Michigan and she had no ties in michigan. I couldn't be positive but it looked like Maria perez. I am told that Maria Perez is an employee of the city. I received many emails from Maria Perez claiming to be a city official. In these emails she denied me and investigation into the ethics reports that I was filing. She claimed that it wasn't a violation of ethics those ethics reports were a list of very serious crimes that were being committed by the city officials of San Antonio they were very serious crimes. Joaquin Castro asked her to do this telling her that it was for my eyes only. When I printed those and I gave them to every Police department NSA FBI field office City Hall and every city I went to as I traveled across the country it was no longer for my eyes only now was it?
