Michigan City shelter

after she was in the Dakota county jail with me she showed up at the Michigan City shelter which is a domestic violence shelter I believe it's called stepping stone she had a different name and a different life story. she was still causing a havoc chaos and stealing. she claimed that her ex had found her at the shelter they transferred her to another shelter she was creating problems with pregnant woman Michelle. I tried to explain to everybody that she had been in Minnesota and had been in the Hastings jail. this is another minion that might be considered a citizen based agent this is just another one that they use for their pony show
