Rapist protected by the CIA

Here in this video you will see that there is a rapist being protected by the CIA . After he killed many women the CIA stepped in now when he rapes a woman the CIA shows up just before he kills the woman . Watch the video and you'll see how the women report seeing headlights those headlights belong to a CIA operative this is one of their little pet  a foreign agent of foreign monster he's like a wild animal that little pet that they run all over the streets and when they came here you can believe they brought this wild animal with them . After he's killed many women and raped twice as many  he's still out on the streets free . Because that's what they do they protect their foreign agents they use them as tools .  This is very upsetting  and I'd like to think that Justice is going to be brought to the CIA operatives an agency that allowed this monster to roam the streets  please take the time to watch this video and pay attention closely .  I didn't finish watching it
